Packaging
We use recycled and recyclable packaging to lessen the burden of package disposal on our customers. We strive for paper-based, plastic-free packaging. On some occasions we will re-use shipping boxes and cushioning, including bubble wrap. We encourage you to recycle and reuse our packaging. Thank you for doing your part!
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, send us a message within 5 days of receipt and we can work something out.
We will happily refund the cost of an item after it has been returned in its original condition. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for bespoke and one-of-a-kind items.

Email - Please provide your most current email address in case we need to contact you regarding any order issues.
Shipping address - Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete to prevent any delay in shipment. Morning Ritual Studio is not responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If you prefer another delivery method, please notify us prior to placing your order.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping transit times. Please refer to the tracking information sent to you at the time of shipment. We recommend inquiring with your mail carrier, contacting your local post office, and visiting USPS.com for further information.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS First Class mail usually arrive 3-5 business days from shipment date. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, contact us prior to placing your order to make sure that we have enough time to complete your order and upgrade shipping if needed.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. Transit and arrival times vary greatly depending on Country. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by Morning Ritual Studio. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.
